Staying at this luxurious hotel was an amazing experience. the exclusive amenities provided were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. the service provided by the staff was impeccable, and they went above and beyond to meet all my needs. the Spa & wellness center was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. the outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sun terrace, and beach access provided an excellent opportunity to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
There was one minor issue during my stay.
the beach umbrellas were not placed correctly, which resulted in an unpleasant experience.

Great location; hotel has free parking. The bedrooms were separate. Found a place called Red Boat Restaurant, set only a short distance to the property, ate there a few times. Amazing services too! Very suitable for couples

During my New Year's stay, I loved the complementary welcome drink and snack offered upon arrival. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the surrounding areas and nearby attractions. Additionally, the gym facility was a great bonus for ensuring I stayed active during my trip.
While my stay was pleasant overall, the noise level from nearby establishments during the night was a bit too loud and made it difficult to sleep comfortably.
Additionally, the variety of food options could have been improved, especially for those with dietary restrictions.

it is a great place to stay in patong, i loved its food and rooms. there are bars and restaurants very close to the hotel. the place to have dinner an easy walk to the property is tonsai seafood.

Two complementary facts offered, key location facts, and one more advantage that I enjoyed. The hotel's facilities were beautiful with a modern twist, and the bed was super soft. The hotel was conveniently located near a bustling area, making it easy to walk to restaurants and bars. Additionally, the breakfast provided was okay.
The hotel room was extremely dark and let in no natural light.
It was also very noisy due to the hotel's location near busy areas.
